We would love you to join our EMS family. EMS Symposium Registration. More than educational sessions distributed over 13 course tracks for EMS providers, nurses and physicians will be offered this year. There are two methods to register for the EMS Symposium, online and by paper registration. There is no onsite registration. Online Registration Online registration is preferred and can accommodate group registration.

The online registration process has many new options to assist you in selecting the educational sessions that best meet your EMS educational needs. Online registration allows for credit card and invoice payments. EMS agencies and organizations that make payment for multiple individuals from their agency to attend Symposium should instruct individuals to register and generate an invoice. Individuals can print the invoice after completing the registration process and submit the invoice to the paying organization.

When payments for group registrations are submitted, please include all invoice numbers with the payment. Once payment is processed, each registrant will receive an email that includes confirmation of their itinerary. If paying by check, be sure to include the invoice number s on the check and make the check payable to the Virginia EMS Symposium. Paper Registration Paper registrations must include an email address along with an acceptable form of payment.

Credit card payment is only processed online. Checks are acceptable and should be made payable as instructed on the invoice. Once payment is processed, the registrant will receive an email that includes a list of classes they are registered to attend at symposium. Registration is scheduled to close October 01, midnight. Registering early assures greater selection of classes, especially for those classes with limited availability.

E-Gift automates the grant process by using a web-based system to pre-populate your agency data making the grant process easier to navigate. We know you will find this user-friendly tool useful in your grant application writing and submission process. The Authorized Agent, or grant submitter, is the person who has the ability to create and make any necessary modifications to the grant.

The Financial Officer will have the capability to review and e-sign the grant. Follow the guidelines below to create these user types. OMD's are required to use their existing account to log into E-Gift. The Agency Super User is the person who can access your EMS Agency Portal to update agency information, create user accounts, and handle affiliation requests from providers.

All licensed EMS agencies are eligible to apply for Nasal Naloxone regardless of prior funding status. Naloxone awarded through this grant program is to be administered by licensed EMS providers.
