I have found the way to do this is to create the account locally on your PC with elevated priveleges. Select run as a different user and chose the different user you created the local account for. I've done this will my environment because we have our regular AD accounts and then what they call our secure accounts.

Secure accounts don't have email or access to the internet but give you access to all of your servers. Regular accounts give access to email and internet.

Before getting to know how to get privileges, you need to be aware that there are some things even an administrator cannot do. For instance, a file that is locked by a running program cannot be deleted or a partition that has files open cannot be formatted or checked. The operating system partition has open files on it all the time.

To get full privileges, you have several choices to follow. Then, run the commands you need. Open Windows File Explorer. Right-click the target partition and select Properties. Go Security tab and then Advanced. Click the Change link next to the Owner label , and then the Select User or Group dialogue will pop out.
