The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to focus on understanding Modern software engineering concepts and establishing new collaborations in these areas.

Authors are invited to submit papers through the conference Submission System by January 15, Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.

Selected papers from SEAS , after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journal. Co-organized by. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics. Special-session proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer s who will commit to promoting and handling the review process of their special session as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event.

The conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the computer science and information technology in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.
