I do not acknowledge the existence of a fictional entity that only exists in the imagination. I instead rely on living breathing human beings to make up my reality. I acknowledge the existence of fiction, I just do not accept the fact that they would derive the same equality under law.
This is a perverse acknowledgement of reality. Not a reality in a court of law, a reality as a fact of life! I know the latter would be considered an entity.
Ron, You have the right to challenge your accuser. To tell prosecution that they must bring forth your accuser will disrupt the court. Usually resulting in a dismissal without prejudice. Is there a book on this topic? I am very interested in learning more about this. Very intriguing. I personally do not have a name, I hold a title which I will divulge to any Officer that requests it. Any Judge will understand you quite well. They will even respect you for having knowledge of the Law.
Ignorance of the Law is no excuse and they will run rampant over you if you do not refuse consent to waive your Rights! It is extremely difficult to live this way. In court you will go back and forth for hours on end because the Hudge wont understand you. When you get pulled over by a police officer, you end up going to jail because you don't acknowledge your name. It is a very difficult lifestyle in my opinion.
